Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or the listing carried a pricing error, we may cancel before shipping and refund you in full.

We batch in small runs. A flavor can sell out between the moment you load a page and the moment you check out.

Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax. New York State sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Prices can change, but never for an order already placed.

Shipping and risk

We ship within the United States. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes the package. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

The product

This is a food product made with beef, soy, and wheat. Galbi also contains sesame. It is produced in a facility that handles tree nuts. Read the allergen statement on the bag before you eat it, and do not buy it if any of those ingredients are a problem for you.

Nothing on this site is a health claim. Jerky is a snack, not a medical product.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes belong to the state and federal courts sitting in Kings County, New York.
