Refund policy

If something is wrong

Email hello@brooklynoutdoordad.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If a bag arrived damaged, opened, or is simply the wrong flavor, we replace it or refund it. No return shipment needed.

Opened bags

Food safety rules mean we cannot accept returns of opened bags.

Unopened bags

An unopened bag can come back within 14 days for a refund, minus the original shipping, once it arrives here in resalable condition. Email us first and we will tell you where to send it.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of approval. How fast it appears after that is up to your bank.
